What is therapy?
Therapy provides the opportunity to discuss concerns that negatively impact daily living. It is your special time dedicated to clearing up the past, addressing the present and making intentional decisions for a better future.
What type of counseling do you provide?
We provide in-person, phone and virtual counseling, best meeting the needs of the client. In-person counseling is carried out following appropriate safety guidelines.
What to expect?
Initially, we will have a 15-20 minute phone consultation. Next, we will meet for a 60 minute assessment, followed by regular 45 minute sessions.
