About Tayma KesslerI provide a warm, nonjudgmental space where you can reconnect with yourself and cultivate a sense of safety, trust, and self-compassion. My approach integrates culturally sensitive, evidence-based therapies— including CBT and mindfulness - to help you strengthen your relationship with yourself and those around you. Together, we’ll build on your natural strengths as you navigate life’s challenges with greater resilience and clarity. I specialize in supporting individuals through life’s most tender and transformative moments, including pregnancy, postpartum, fertility challenges, and parenting. I also help clients work through relationship stress and major life transitions. My style is collaborative and grounded in creating safe, nurturing connections—both within yourself and in your closest relationships. Before becoming a psychotherapist, I earned my MA/EdM in Mental Health Counseling from Teachers College, Columbia University. My earlier work included teaching prenatal and postnatal yoga and mindfulness, and leading pregnancy and postpartum support groups in midwifery clinics and wellness studios. This mind-body foundation continues to inform my therapeutic approach, blending practical tools with compassionate presence to foster both healing and resilience. Reaching out for support is a brave and powerful first step. I’m here to listen, honor your unique story, and walk alongside you as you move through this chapter of your life. When you’re ready, I invite you reach out to explore how we can work together. |
